Terms of Use

Last updated 8 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Introdeuce ("we", "us") for your use of the Introdeuce app and website. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Introdeuce.

1. Who can use Introdeuce

2. Community rules

Introdeuce works because people treat each other well. You agree not to:

3. Reporting, blocking and moderation

You can report or block anyone from a chat or during a call. We review reports and may warn, restrict, suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, with or without notice, to keep members safe. If your account is suspended, the app explains how to appeal. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour.

We may use ratings, reports and activity to decide who appears in discovery. We do not owe anyone a match, a call or a particular level of visibility.

4. Your content

You own what you write and say on Introdeuce. You give us a limited licence to store, process and deliver it so the app can work, for example sending your messages to the people you are talking to. You are responsible for what you share, and you should share only what you are comfortable with.

5. Premium subscriptions

6. Safety

We verify members, but we cannot guarantee how anyone will behave. Use your judgement, keep personal details private until you trust someone, and report anything that worries you. If you ever feel in danger, contact your local emergency services.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app; see how to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we have to for legal reasons.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Introdeuce is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available or error-free, and we are not responsible for the conduct of other members on or off the app. Our total liability to you for any claim related to Introdeuce is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

9. Apple

If you downloaded Introdeuce from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support for it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, except where these terms say otherwise.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect; continuing to use Introdeuce after that means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
